Salary: £26,000 pro rata

Days / Hours: Part Time 27.5 hours- Monday- Friday 9:00- 15:00

Position Overview:

The business pride themselves on redefining property listings through innovative technology and exceptional service! The Campaigns and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and community presence of the agency. This role involves creating compelling content for social media platforms, initiating community projects, showcasing new listings, and engaging with potential and existing clients to foster a strong community connection and promote business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage content across existing social platforms, such as Instagram and Facebook, and explore new digital avenues to promote services and listings.
  • Community Projects: Lead and coordinate projects that contribute positively to the community, aligning with the company’s commitment to giving back and enhancing local engagement.
  • Business Development: Utilize the company’s leading-edge canvassing software to identify and engage potential clients, enhancing their market presence and business growth.
  • Client Engagement and Acquisition: Proactively contact prospective clients and reach out to potential clients who are dissatisfied with their current estate agents, offering solutions and support for their property needs.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, with a charismatic personality that resonates well with clients and team members.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or a related industry is highly desirable. Familiarity with the estate agency sector will be an added advantage.
  • Social Media Savvy: A strong aptitude for creating engaging and effective social media content. Experience with Meta Business Suite and Canva is preferred.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing positively to team efforts and supporting colleagues.
  • Technology Proficient: Comfortable using new technology and software to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness.
