Campsite Manager

Job Title: Campsite Manager | Location: Oswestry, Shropshire | £30-32k basic 

Are you an experienced professional in the holiday and leisure industry? Cranberry Moss Caravan Park, nestled in the picturesque rolling pastures of Shropshire, is seeking a dedicated campsite manager to join our team.

• Competitive salary: £30,000.00 - £32,000.00 per year.

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the park is maintained to the highest standard.
• Liaise with landscapers and others trades to ensure the grounds are immaculate
• Hands on with day-to-day issues and maintenance duties including cleaning of the facilities/amenities
• Handle customer interactions with politeness and professionalism.
• Utilise software packages such as Excel, Word, and Camp Manager for booking and administrative tasks.
• Manage bookings, invoicing, ordering materials, and stock management.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are rigorously followed.
• Write correspondence and manage caravan sales.
• Engage in various hands-on tasks across various areas as needed.

• Proven experience in the holiday and leisure sector, caravan sites would be desirable.
• Excellent customer service & relationship building skills.
• Ability to work on weekdays and weekends, various shift patterns depending upon needs of the business.
• Full UK driving license.
• Must reside on-site in a provided static caravan (including free electricity and gas).
