The role

Responsibility for supporting the delivery of the production plan over an 8-hour period by supporting and driving improvement plans, CI initiatives, budget and resources to support the overall Edinburgh site improvement strategy and in particular performance of lines within area.

Key accountabilities

• Completion of temperature cooking & hot holding records
• Completion of Fridge & freezer temperature records
• Scourer & Tea towel change records
• Food wastage sheets for each hot shift

Skills & experience

• Previous experience working with a catering facility
• Current food hygiene cert level 3 preferable
• Allergen training
• Catering qualification
• Experience serving customers and cash handling
