Capital Markets Solicitor

A leading US law firm based in the City of London is seeking a Capital Markets Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join the team and be part of their on-going success.

The Capital Markets Solicitor's Role

The successful Capital Markets Solicitor will join a prestigious law firm renowned for its expertise in capital markets. You will work on equity capital markets (UK, US, and European), debt capital markets (high yield and investment grade), and insurance-linked securities transactions. This role requires a keen interest in developing knowledge in insurance securitizations and contributing to significant projects with both UK/European and US elements.

The Capital Markets Solicitor

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior / Mid-Level Capital Markets Solicitor to advance their career by working on a diverse range of transactions, including equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and insurance-linked securities transactions. The ideal candidate will be UK or NY-qualified with a mix of ECM and DCM experience.

The ideal Capital Markets Solicitor will have:

• 1-3 years PQE with a mix of ECM and DCM experience.
• Experience in assisting with equity stock exchange listings in London or New York.
• Proven track record in high yield DCM transactions.
• UK or NY qualification.
• Enthusiasm for learning about insurance-linked securities.
• Strong ability to work on matters involving both UK/European and US elements.
