The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful hedge fund manager as part of the Capital Development team. The role involves developing and managing investor relationships, raising capital for the firm, and supporting strategic initiatives. The role will play a key part in capital-raising efforts, investor engagement, and fund positioning.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in raising capital for hedge fund businesses.
• Established relationships with hedge fund investors and allocators. Ideally an existing network in Europe and Asia.
• Strong understanding of hedge fund strategies and fund structures.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to investors.
• Experience designing bespoke investor solutions.
• Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective investors and manage engagement through onboarding.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with allocators and institutional investors.
• Develop existing investor relationships to raise additional capital.
• Clearly articulate the firm's value proposition to investors.
• Assess a fund's ability to attract external capital and engage with early-stage investors.
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing presentations and key messaging.
• Represent the firm externally as a trusted partner.
• Ensure all asset-raising activities align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
