Newstaff Employment are looking on behalf of our client who are  currently recruiting a Car Park Attendant at our Luton branch to manage our limited on-site parking, and ensure the car park is always organised and tidy. You will greet all customers as they enter the car park and assist them in locating where to conveniently park their vehicles. You may also be required to support the Sales and Service departments with the movement of vehicles both on and off site as required, including to/from other sites. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the site, ensuring it is kept clean and tidy, including gardening and litter picking when required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage and reorganize parked cars to maximize space.
• Greet and assist customers, directing them to suitable parking locations.
• Ensure the car park remains tidy and accessible at all times.
• Support with collecting or dropping off cars from other sites or customers as needed.
• Act as the welcoming face of our business, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
• Valid driving license, held for minimum of 2 years ideally
• Proven driving and parking skills, particularly in challenging conditions.
• Excellent spatial awareness and spatial reasoning skills
• Highly organized; with the ability to self-manage your own workload and can plan the car park appropriately.
• Excellent customer service skills; Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm, with an hour for lunch
