The Role:

Our client is a leading car dealership in Basingstoke who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

Our client welcomes trainees and provides comprehensive training. After completing 6 months of service, trainees may become eligible for a company vehicle, subject to age requirements.

Responsibilities & Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

Proven experience in car sales or a similar sales role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.

Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

A valid UK driver’s license is essential.

Package:

Basic Salary: £15,000 - £17,000 (depending on experience) + OTE of up to £50,000 + Company Car provided based on tenure and position.

25 days holiday and usual company pension contribution.

Hours: Monday to Friday [8:30am - 6:00pm] with 1 hour lunch break!!

Saturdays [8:30am - 17:00pm] with a day off in the week!!

Every other Sunday [10:00am - 16:00pm]!!
