Car Sales Executive - Chelmsford

Our client is a well-renowned Dealership in a Prime location.

They have a long and illustrious history and continue to dominate the car market. We are looking for a driven salesperson to join their team.

This person must be highly target-driven and strive to exceed each customer's expectations from initial meet and greet through to handing their new car over.

Role Requirements

  • To succeed you must have an insatiable desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence and be able to build outstanding customer relationships.
  • Car Sales background would be a distinct advantage.
  • Your own standards will dictate that you exceed your customer's expectations in every element of their buying experience mirroring the values of this highly sought-after brand.
  • As well as concentrating on your own sales targets you will be keen to work as part of a first-class team within this automotive business with great support from the General Sales Manager & Head of Business.
  • Our client is a firm believer of Career progression within the company which once you have a proven track record and have shown full commitment to the following your hard work will work towards the future.

Salary + Benefits

  • This role has an OTE of £60,000 which is not capped but highly achievable, top performers are earning in excess of £70,000.
