Care Assistant – 28 Hours per Week
Location: Anchor Godiva Lodge, Coventry
Hourly Rate: £12.66 - £13.43 - Higher rate with qualifications

The Role

As a Care Assistant at Godiva Lodge, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents with daily activities, personal care, and social interaction, promoting independence and dignity at all times. No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a team that truly values compassion and dedication.

Hours: 28 hours per week on a flexible rota
Experience: No previous care experience needed – full training provided

Pay & Progression

  • £12.66 per hour
  • £13.43 with NVQ Level 2 and 3 qualifications – we support your development every step of the way!
