The Short-listed Candidates will be reporting to the Qualified Nursing Staff (Nursing Home) Deputy Home Manager / Home Manager (Residential Home)

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Assist Residents in all aspects of their care needs (e.g. physical, emotional), providing attention when needed, whilst ensuring Residents retain their comfort and dignity.
  • You'll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship and sharing great moments and memories too.
  • Closely monitor Residents who may be confused and / or who may demonstrate behaviour that challenges to ensure the safety and welfare of themselves and others.
  • Supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans to ensuring that each of our residents has one-to-one time

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • S/NVQ or Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or working towards
  • Practical training certificates
