Your Role:

• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and mealtimes.
• Provide emotional support and companionship.
• Observe and report changes in residents' well-being.
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
• Work effectively as part of a team.

What We're Looking For:

• A compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• A valid Enhanced DBS dated within the last 12 months, or on the update service.
• A drivers license, due to the various locations of shifts.
• Previous care experience as a Care Assistant or Healthcare assistant is essential
• A care certificate is require (We can support with this if needed)

Desirable (but not essential):

• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Experience working with dementia.
• Medication administration training.
