Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant (Female Driver Required)

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated female Domiciliary Care Assistants based in Gloucester who are drivers with access to their own vehicle. This role involves providing essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

Whether you're an experienced carer or new to the sector, we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

• Supporting service users with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)

• Administering or prompting medication

• Assisting with meal preparation and eating

• Providing emotional support and companionship

• Supporting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

• Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities

• Monitoring and reporting changes in service users' conditions

• Maintaining accurate records of care provided

• Female applicants only (in line with a genuine occupational requirement - Equality Act 2010)

• UK driving licence and own vehicle - essential

• Caring, patient, and reliable personality

• Good communication skills and attention to detail

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, or weekends

• Previous care experience is desirable but not required - full training provided

• £13.00 - £16.00 per hour depending on experience and shift type
