Care Trainer

Location: Warrington (50% Remote)

Salary: £29,900 + Excellent benefits

Working: Monday - Friday, no evenings/weekends

Overview:

You will use your industry expertise to train and develop the next generation of care professionals. Working with learners at their workplace and remote, you will deliver apprenticeship standards, support career-building qualifications, and help achieve transferable skills.

A typical week:

• Manage & support a caseload of learners
• Deliver face to face & remote learning
• Plan for upcoming training sessions
• Support learners in advance of EPA

You'll need the following:

• Relevant Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
• Extensive Care industry experience
• Ability to motivate & develop others
• Interest or experience in teaching/training
