Daytime healthcare is currently working with a national supplier who are looking for experienced care coordinators to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients, local authorities & other stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that the services comply with CQC requirements.
  • Ensuring that the highest standards of care are well maintained at all times.
  • Producing care workers rotas and managing the roster software.

Requirement:

  • Must have at least 1 years of experience as a Care Coordinator within the domiciliary field.
  • Must have a license and have own transport.
