Fully remote after training (4-6 weeks)
Home based - South East MUST HAVE UK DRIVERS LICENCE AND ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE FOR CLIENT VISITS.
Care Co-ordinator/ Regional Consultant
Your role:
Follow CQC guidelines.
Visiting 15/20 clients 3 times a week in their homes.
Create detailed assessments and care plans, involving the client, family/representatives and other professionals in every stage of the process.
Make decisions using professional expertise within a structured framework and using existing systems and policies.

Provide support to the carers, with the necessary information to enable them to deliver a high-quality level of service to all clients.
Ideal person:
Demonstrable Regional Consultant/Regional Manager experience within the Healthcare/Homecare industry required.
Level 3 qualification or above would be advantageous (not essential)
Strong understanding of CQC requirements and guidelines.
Positive, Confident and Empathetic approach.
Benefits
Salary from £29,000 depending on experience
20 days leave + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days leave after 2 years of service.
