Fully remote after initial training (4-6 weeks)
Home-based - South East MUST HAVE A UK DRIVER'S LICENCE AND ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE FOR CLIENT VISITS.
Your responsibilities:
Adhere to CQC guidelines.
Visit 15-20 clients three times a week in their homes.
Develop comprehensive assessments and care plans, involving the client, family/representatives, and other professionals at every stage.
Make decisions using professional judgement within a structured framework and existing systems and policies.
Provide support to carers, equipping them with the necessary information to deliver high-quality service to all clients.
Ideal candidate:
Proven experience as a Regional Consultant/Regional Manager within the Healthcare/Homecare sector.
Level 3 qualification or higher is advantageous (not essential).
Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and guidelines.
Positive, confident, and empathetic approach.
Benefits:
Salary starting from £29,000, depending on experience.
