Salary: £34,000 per annum + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Location: Whetstone, North London
Hours: 40, Monday – Friday

Healthcare Clinical is seeking a Care Home Deputy Manager to join a well-established care provider with 15+ years of excellence. If you’re an experienced deputy manager passionate about residential and dementia care, this is your opportunity to join a progressive team.

As the Care Home Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care. You’ll empower the team, promote positive behaviors, and ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act and all relevant regulations.

Care Home Deputy Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily operations, ensuring safe, high-quality care
  • Safeguard residents from harm and abuse
  • Manage and mitigate risks with prevention strategies
  • Promote positive behaviors within the team
  • Ensure timely, excellent care by staff
  • Liaise with internal and external professionals
  • Conduct and document regular staff meetings

Care Home Deputy Manager Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of CQC, compliance, policies, and regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
