Care Home Manager

Halcyon HSC are working together with a large care provider that specialises in excellent care and support for their elderly residents.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established care provider with an excellent reputation for providing a fresh and new outlook within the health care sector. Our client is a provider who holds a CQC registration which is rated OUTSTANDING.  They have homes in and around the Taunton area.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on care manager  with fresh ideas to drive the business forward.

What we are looking for in our Care Home Manager:

• You must have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate a track record of successfully achieving a good CQC rating and taking an active leadership role.
• Can confidently manage a service from a compliance and operational standpoint, as well as working with referrers and managing tenders and frameworks.
• Work in partnership with individuals to create bespoke support packages.
• Equivalent Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health Social Care or willingness to study to gain the qualification 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a team.
• Building excellent relationships with residents and their families giving them peace of mind.
