Care taker
I am looking for an experienced caretaker to join one of our clients on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
Ensure all areas are secure and locked after hours
Responsible for Health & Safety of the Site
Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required
Experience:
Proven experience in commercial cleaning or care taking roles
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills to interact with residents, staff, and contractors
Job Type: Full-time£26,821.00-£33,319.00 per yearCompany pension

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends
