Job Advertisement: School Caretaker

Location: Secondary School, Manchester, UK

Position: Full-Time Caretaker

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Our client is a well-established secondary school based in Manchester, they are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for our students.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance and repair work across the school premises in care taking.
• Ensuring the safety and security of the school grounds.
• Performing routine checks and upkeep of school facilities.
• Assisting with setting up for school events and activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar caretaker or maintenance role.
• Carpentry Certificate.
• Electrician Certificate.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as a care taker.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
