Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading and motivating the care team to deliver person-centred care.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and medical professionals.
- Monitoring the well-being of residents and ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Administering medication
- Providing hands-on care and support when required.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and CQC regulations.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a care home or similar environment.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with dementia.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A thorough understanding of dementia care practices and regulations.
- A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude.
