Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and leading a dedicated team? Join Oulton Manor in Leeds as a Care Team Leader and make a real difference in the lives of those living with dementia.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading and motivating the care team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and medical professionals.
  • Monitoring the well-being of residents and ensuring their needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Administering medication
  • Providing hands-on care and support when required.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and CQC regulations.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a care home or similar environment.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting individuals with dementia.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A thorough understanding of dementia care practices and regulations.
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude.
