FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED!

FULL TIME AND PART TIME HOURS AVAILABLE - (various working patterns available)

You will be working for a children's disabilities charity working betwee two residential settings as well as the child's or young person's family home.

This role may require you to work unsociable hours due to the flexible shift wroking pattern available.

What is required of you?

* Take responsibility and ensure that the child and young person in your care is supported in a person-centred way.

* Follow companies policies and procedures.

* Adhere to the highest standards of safeguarding.

* Follow instructions of the Team Leader on shift.

* Ensure medication guidelines are met and play an active role as part of the staff team.

* Admin tasks include the use of Nourish/Planday for rotas and care planning.
