Career Advisor

We have an amazing opportunity for Qualified and Non Qualified Careers Advisors. This role provides people with a criminal record the opportunity for a second chance providing services to support them in custody and across the community. You will provide people with the skills, knowledge, and a sense of purpose, for life after custody, significantly reducing the likelihood of re-offending. In this role you will provide high-quality support and guidance to participants, to help break down barriers to successful resettlement. You will help enhance participant's skill sets helping them to find and secure sustainable employment opportunities.

If you have experience or would like to be trained in providing Careers, Information, Advice, and Guidance (CIAG) or Employability advice this role is for you.

Locations: we have roles in Sutton, Surrey and London locations

your requirements are:

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service IAG/Coaching
• Have a history of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Demonstrate the ability to work towards awarding body standards
• Good conflict resolution skills

You will Receive:
