Caretaker - Part Time 12 month contract

Our Public Sector client based in Stirling is seeking a part time caretaker to join their team. This role will be for 12 months duration.

You will provide maintenance and caretaking duties throughout the offices, based at Stirling. You will be expected to be the front line response to Help Desk calls, to support building maintenance operations. With the flexibility to travel to other offices when required (pool vehicle will be supplied for travel to other sites)

To work flexibly withing the core hours of the operation which are Monday to Friday 7.30am to 7.30pm - Please note that this is a part-time role based on 20 hours per week.

Experience in facilities/property maintenance environment. Use of small tools, ladders and snow clearing equipment.

Full UK Driving Licence. Basic DBS also required
