I am currently recruiting for a large housing association who require a caretaker based in Exeter, Devon.
Salary-£24,011 per year
Location-Devon
Vacancy type-Permanent

The role:
As a Caretaker you'll be making sure our customers homes are safe, well maintained and compliant.
What you'll be doing:

Make regular visits to our sites across Devon

Carry out tasks such as litter picking, rubbish removal and leaf removal

Performing joint visits with colleagues from across the business
-
General maintenance tasks

Carry out fire risk actions including removing personal items from internal areas

Serving TORTS notices where required
You'll be able to manage your time effectively and work well independently using your own initiative.
Whilst previous experience would be desirable, full training will be provided along with a van and equipment.
A full driving licence and at least a years driving experience is essential.
