Location: Battersea

Salary: £23,800 per year

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00
• Friday & Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00
• Bank Holidays: 08:00 - 12:00

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Estate Operative to join our clients team in Battersea. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estate litter picking and sweeping
• Cleaning of common areas, gutters, and drains
• Ensuring all appliances are safe and properly switched off
• Jet washing patios
• Conducting health and safety checks
• Refilling ponds
• Performing any other yardsman duties as required
