My client has a great role as a Caretaker to be the backbone of their estates in Bournemouth, Dorset, ensuring a welcoming environment for their residents. As a Caretaker, you’ll play a crucial role in providing comprehensive caretaking and minor repairs services including:

  • Cleaning and grounds maintenance, making regular visits to our sites and schemes across Dorset.
  • Carry out tasks such as litter picking, rubbish removal and leaf removal.
  • Performing joint visits with colleagues from across the business.
  • General maintenance tasks.
  • Carry out fire risk actions including removing personal items from internal areas.
  • Serving TORTS notices where required.

The company will provide lots of support and full training and all equipment will be provided.

A full driving licence and at least 1 years driving experience is essential.

This client is looking for a self-sufficient individual who can work with minimal supervision and has a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service. If you have experience working with the general public, are capable of undertaking minor repairs, and have strong organisational and time management skills, this role is perfect for you!
