I am currently looking for a Carpenter to work on a temp to perm contract with a housing association based in the Northampton area. If suitable for the role interviews are taking place tomorrow.

In this Carpenter role you will be responsible for:
  • 2nd fix carpentry such as hanging doors, boxing in, skirting and kitchen repairs
  • Potentially gaining entry to council properties
  • Changing locks

The right Carpenter will need:
  • Experience on social housing properties
  • Clean UK driving license

If successful the Carpenter will get:
  • 3 month temp to perm contract
  • £21 per hour for 3 months then perm salary of around £33,000 per year after
  • Work van and fuel card from day 1
  • Job security with perm contract
