About the Role


We are looking for a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our Maintenance Team, delivering high-quality repairs, installations, and refurbishments within social housing properties. You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out maintenance work, and providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Key Responsibilities


General repairs and maintenance, including:

  • Hanging doors, architraves, and skirting boards
  • Kitchen fitting and studwork
  • uPVC window fitting and glazing
  • Stair and bannister repairs
  • Changing and fitting locks, including locksmith work
  • Maintaining, adjusting, and fitting garage doors


Plumbing & Heating Work (Desirable but not essential)

  • Installing and maintaining kitchen and bathroom plumbing
  • Repairing or replacing cylinders, pumps, and waste systems
  • Clearing blockages and maintaining domestic drainage systems
  • Fitting and repairing showers
What We're Looking For


? Proven experience in a similar multi-trade role, ideally within social housing
? Strong carpentry and general maintenance skills
? Basic plumbing and tiling skills (advantageous)
? Excellent fault diagnosis and problem-solving abilities
? A customer-focused approach with good communication skills
? Full UK driving license (Company Van Provided)
