Hours: 37.5 hours/ week. Monday-Friday

Are you a dedicated law student with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Are you eager to gain invaluable experience in the legal field and develop your career in a dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Case Administrator on a summer placement.

As a Case Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal teams across various departments. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a range of legal tasks and administrative duties, including:

  • Client Interaction: Be the friendly first point of contact, assisting with new case setups and updates.
  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, draft documents, and maintain precise filing systems.
  • Client Engagement: Handle incoming inquiries and ensure clients receive outstanding service.
  • Case Assistance: Prepare correspondence, follow up on information requests, and assist with legal documentation.

We are looking for a proactive individuals with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks. Your capacity to build rapport with clients and stakeholders, along with your commitment to confidentiality, will be crucial. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is empathy towards clients dealing with sensitive situations.
