Case Handler
An opportunity has become available for a Case Handler to manage a portfolio of up to seventy-five sale and purchase conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion. This role demands comprehensive management of client interactions, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout the conveyancing process.
This firm is well recognised within the Conveyancing market and has a leading internal training academy with an incredible structure internally which will enable your career to progress to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and Third-Party Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence, and occasionally face-to-face, providing advice and assistance
- Transaction Management: Oversee all elements of the conveyancing transaction, ensuring smooth progression from instruction to completion
- Client Journey Management: Ensure exceptional service at every client interaction, managing all aspects of the sale and purchase process
- Team Collaboration: Work within a team and report to Technical Support, seeking advice on technical matters as needed
- Completion Preparation: Prepare completion packs for the accounts department, including completion statements and invoices
- Contract Exchange and Completion: Handle the exchange of contracts and manage completions on the day, including post-completion formalities
- Telephony and Conversion Targets: Maintain telephony targets and adhere to conversion targets to maximize fee generation
- Policy Compliance: Comply with all company policies and procedures, addressing and rectifying breaches promptly if they occur
Ideally, you will have gained at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, managing a small caseload of conveyancing transactions.
