The TCG supports the Origination and Advisory business and is heavily involved in the loan closing process and the front to back coordination of origination lending transactions.

In this role, you will face off with internal stakeholders as well as Clients. You will be managing and overseeing the clients KYC process from the Case Management perspective in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Your key responsibilities
  • Reviewing requests for client on-boarding/documentation to support the maintenance of the KYC due diligence for our clients
  • Manage communications with the deal team through the case lifecycle
  • Liaising with the Client On boarding Teams to ensure file acceptance and completeness, updating tracking/ Management Information tools and communicating with the Anti-Financial Crime team where required
  • Identifying upcoming client adoption requirements, collaborating in prioritisation of requests and ensure suitable processes are followed in a timely manner to complete the adoption process
  • Review and understand the KYC policy and procedure and provide full transparency to the business on general policy and policy changes
Your skills and experience
  • Advanced banking/financial services experience, including KYC/Compliance experience
  • Understanding of Control, Compliance, and Investigation functions in the banking industry and of the end-to-end KYC and client onboarding processes
  • Understanding of the front to back on boarding function and experience of working in offshore locations
  • Experience in a Corporate Finance environment would be advantageous
  • Evidence of a strong change background and ability to drive process efficiency
