Cash Allocation Agent

Are you a diligent and initiative taking financial professional, with a good understanding of complex billing schedule allocations, looking for a new challenge? Join a fast-paced Accounting and Finance Department at Elysium Healthcare as a Cash Allocation Agent.

As a Cash Allocation Agent you will utilise your skillset within a healthcare environment, you will process journals, write offs and payments, managing daily cash postings (cash and cheques), resolving payment queries and managing daily reconciliations of cash postings (bank statements and cashbook).

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• High attention to details and critical thinking skills.
• Polite and professional demeanour, whether over the telephone, in person or in writing.
• Excellent computer skills, including knowledge and experience of Excel (Pivot tables
• A can-do attitude with willingness to work within a team.
• Excellent communication and people skills, written and verbal.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
• Diligence and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility and a willingness to be a good collaborator.
• Experience with Schedule payment allocation.
• Experience High volume cash allocation.
• Experience with multiple platforms and data sets. Sage / Unit 4 experience preferred.
