Description

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations across all entities according to the monthly timetable.
  • Document and manage information for all bank accounts within the group, including those added through acquisitions.
  • Ensure internal records are maintained and signatories are correctly set up during integration.
  • Prepare daily banking on Bankline's faster payments platform and ensure approvals are in line with the mandate.
  • Set up new accounts and assign roles and access to practice managers.
  • Act as a contact point for cash and banking queries and support practices with card terminal issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of MBR forms by practices.
  • Maintain the master control sheet for completed MBRs.
  • Escalate missing submissions to Finance Business Partners and raise any risks identified.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Cash and Banking Manager.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting.

  • An estimated hourly wage of up to £14.42 per hour + holiday
