CASS Assistant Manager (IBA) – Join Our Team!

Exciting opportunity to shape CASS policies, ensure FCA compliance, and drive improvements across our Group. Reporting to the Head of IBA Audit & Controls, you'll manage the IBA Controls team, oversee audits, strengthen financial controls, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CASS and statutory audits, ensuring deadlines and compliance
• Identify and resolve CASS breaches, enhancing controls
• Oversee reconciliations, client money calculations, and bank accounts
• Deliver insightful MI and reports using Power BI
• Manage a team, providing training and development Improve cashflow and forecasting in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support new business integration and process enhancements

What We’re Looking For:

• ACCA/ACA qualified or part-qualified
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Expertise in FCA CASS regulations and audits
• Proficiency in MS Excel and broking systems (Acturis, Websure, SSP, etc.)
• Problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset
