We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Cassandra Database Administrator to join their team! This is your chance to join one of the world’s largest, multi-national IT consultancies, specialising in transforming businesses for over 75 years!

- Salary - 1,000 PLN per day

- Work type - Contract (6 months) Extendable
Main Responsibilities of a Cassandra Database Administrator
- Manage, support and maintain database technology and infrastructure, adhering to the architectural guidelines and policies.
- Database administration for off the shelf and internally developed applications, ensure continuous 24x7 operation and availability in support of mission critical business applications and participating in on-call rotation.
- Install, configure, monitor, upgrade and maintain MongoDB and Cassandra databases in production and non-production environments.
- Participate in Database Maintenance and DR activities.
- Write/maintain OS level scripts for DB automation and application maintenance.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills Required
- 5-7 years of DBA experience, generally with Cassandra, MongoDB
- Sound knowledge of all UNIX and Cassandra/MongoDB utilities
