Your new company is a Mid-Tier International Lloyds Managing Agency, and they are looking for a Casualty Claims Adjuster who will be responsible for the handling of Casualty claims, especially within North America based in the heart of London and offering hybrid working. Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for the handling of casualty claims, specifically, with a focus on North America and handling both simple and complex claims across this class of business. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of the claims handling strategy for all of these different classes of business and assist the team with both internal and external peer reviews, recommending and implementing any recommendations that are made.

You will also be expected to manage the activity of outsource providers and TPA's, ensuring they are delivering high quality claims outcomes, identify opportunities to adopt proactive strategies, build and enhance relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and then operate as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need significant experience of handling London market Casualty claims (ideally within North America), excellent written and verbal communication skills, high level public speaking and negotiation skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.

You will need in depth experience of using the Lloyds Claims systems, working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite package and a great work ethic and a team player.
