You'll work a 37.5 hour week at their site in Rochdale; there can be flexibility with start and finish times.

About You

• You'll be experienced in retail supply chain from an administrative point and will currently have the title of Supply Chain Assistant, Buying Assistant, Category Assistant or similar.
• It's essential that you have strong MS Excel skills with the ability to monitor and update the critical path.
• You should be creative and have a vested interest in seasonal trends; you'll like to gather market intelligence and be aware of what competitors are doing.

About The Job

• You'll join as an Assistant Buyer who'll support the Category Buyer in day to day purchasing activities for your selected category.
• You will update the system with new products and monitor stock levels, produce regular reports and analysis, review the critical path and make sure that the pricing process is carried out accurately.
• With your natural ability to build relationships, you'll enjoy attending meetings and trade shows in the UK and abroad.
• There is lots of scope for personal development in this role.
