This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing catering team based at the Ayr Campus. As part of Commercial Services, the post holder is part of the management team with responsibility for assisting and supporting the Catering Services Manager & Catering Operations Manager in the planning, delivery and management of service excellence across the catering service at the Ayr Campus.

Catering service areas within this campus include main servery area, coffee shop, student union and hospitality. You will manage the team and support the catering operations manager and develop clear objections for the food service staff.

The successful Candidate will have the following

• HND in hospitality management or equivalent
• Full driving License
• Experience in management role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good working knowledge of Food safety and Health & Safety.
• Confident with Microsoft
