Catering Manager - Twickenham Stadium

We are looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead our 'Tryline' Cafe. You will also be responsible for supervising 2 staff members. Typical working hours are between 8am - 4pm.

Overall Purpose of the role:

The primary objective of the role is to ensure all tasks associated with food production, front and back of house services and any general support services are carried out with due regard to all Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations. Supervision of team members to ensure all responsibilities are completed to appropriate standards to support the efficient running of Tryline in line with contractual requirements. Providing excellent service to all clients in a professional, efficient and friendly manner at all times, ensuring the setup for breakfast/lunch, stock rotation, stock ordering, food safety and food waste management is in line with the requirements.
