Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a CBT Therapist Supervisor to support Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust on a Hybrid Basis.

Job Title: Band 7 Clinical Supervisor - CBT Therapist

Locations: Hybrid | Maidenhead, SL6 1QU

Pay: £30 LTD p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus

Start Date: ASAP | 3 Month Locum Contract with extension

Working Pattern: Mon - Fri | 9am - 5pm | Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Job role details:

  • To offer a specialist perspective to the multi-disciplinary team through therapeutic work, consultation, supervision, joint work and participation in team meetings and training.
  • Provide specialist assessments and interventions to child and young people accessing the Getting Help Team and Mental Health Support Team.
  • Participate in the review of clinical policies and guidelines relevant to the area and support and implement changes to practice; liaise with other organisations and professionals to promote communication and good practice; be able to undertake audit activity and supervision of staff. Understand psychosocial interventions to include psychoeducation, wellness recovery action plans and discharge planning.
  • Being confident in assessing and delivering, high quality, outcome focused, evidence-based low intensity interventions to children and young people experiencing mental health difficulties (EMHP or CWP training).
  • Being caring, compassionate, diligent and emotionally resilient.

Requirements

  • HCPC Registered
  • Qualification in in therapeutic approaches with children and families/Specialist training in skills relevant to child & adolescent mental health e.g. CYP IAPT Dip in CBT/SFP/IPT-A/Parenting
  • Experience supervising junior colleagues and trainees.
