A dynamic and reputable small multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking a dedicated and experienced CDM Advisor to join their dynamic team. This consultancy prides itself on providing bespoke services in residential, education, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and student accommodation projects.

The CDM Advisor's Role

The successful CDM Advisor will join a close-knit and supportive consultancy team, taking on a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations across a diverse range of projects. The CDM Advisor will work closely with clients, designers, and contractors to promote best practices in health and safety and manage design risk effectively.

The successful CDM Advisor should possess

• A strong background in construction or design with specific CDM delivery experience
• Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety
• Membership with professional bodies such as IOSH or APS
• Proven experience working within a consultancy environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive and positive attitude, with commitment to continuous professional development
