CDM - Associate Director

A boutique Construction Consultancy are looking for an experienced Senior/Associate CDM Principal Designer to take up a role of Associate Director and manage a small team whilst delivering Design Safety to their portfolio of 35+ projects.

The individual does not require Associate Director experience as the Consultancy are looking for someone to develop their career within their business. This role is looking for someone who is ambitious and driven as this role comes with a direct line into Director position as they look to grow a business, which has grown year on year. This role comes with flexibility, and you will be expected in the office 2/3 days a week.

CDM Principal Designer - Associate Director

The Associate Director of CDM/ Principal Design will be confident within Design meetings and advises clients effectively within Design Safety. The Associate Director will enjoy more client involvement and responsibility as they grow.

Senior CDM Principal Designer - Associate Director Requirements

• NEBOSH Construction
• Tech IOSHH Membership (minimum)
• APS Membership (Preferred)
• Track record of delivering Capital projects
• 2 years Senior Principal Designer experience (preferable)
