An independent real estate consultancy in Bristol is seeking a skilled CDM Advisor/H&S Consultant to join their team. This consultancy is known for delivering top-tier projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, and infrastructure.

The CDM Advisor/H&S Consultant Role

The successful CDM Advisor/H&S Consultant will be pivotal in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and managing health and safety risks across a diverse range of projects. You will collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to provide expert advice and ensure that health and safety considerations are integrated into all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on and ensuring compliance with CDM regulations
• Conducting health and safety audits and inspections
• Managing health and safety risks and ensuring best practices are followed
• Preparing and reviewing pre-construction information and health and safety files
• Coordinating with clients, designers, and contractors to meet project requirements

The CDM Advisor / H&S Consultant:

• 1 + years' experience
• Degree qualified in a relevant discipline (e.g., health and safety, construction management)
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
• Proven experience in a CDM Advisor or H&S Consultant role within the construction or real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
