A London based and diverse Construction Consultancy, who are well respected in the industry are looking for a CDM Principal Designer to take on Safety Design consultancy for their clients. The CDM Principal Designer will enjoy a very flexible situation as this role is mostly remote. They will be required in the office once a week and the projects are mostly within the Southeast.

CDM Principal Designer

The Construction Consultancy has numerous offices, and the Principal Designer (CDM) will be able to work from any and visit once every week or two weeks. There sectors include Residential, Commercial, Education, Heritage and Infrastructure to name a few.

CDM Principal Designer Requirements

  • NEBOSH Construction required
  • Tech IOSH minimum
  • 2 years' experience within CDM Principal Design required
  • APS (Preferable)
