CDM Principal Designer

A renowned multi-disciplinary London-based Construction Consultancy is seeking a CDM Principal Designer to provide expert safety design consultancy for clients in core construction sectors. Enjoy working in a sociable office environment with a hybrid working pattern-two or three days from an office. All projects are local to Kent & the Southeast so minimal travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently lead design meetings and advise clients across the residential, commercial, and educational sectors to name a few
  • Work from an office 2-3 days a week

CDM Principal Designer Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
  • Tech IOSH Membership (minimum requirement)
  • 2 Years' Experience in CDM Principal Design (preferred)
  • APS Membership (preferred)
