An exciting position has arisen for a Celebrity and Talent Manager to join an excellent Children’s Charity on a permanent basis

The postholder will be reporting directly to the Head of Media and will play an instrumental role in propelling the Charities social visibility.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic celebrity and ambassador programs to enhance visibility and align with priorities
  • Recruit diverse celebrities with personal connections as an ambassador and manage a portfolio of high-profile supporters
  • Collaborate with Media and PR teams to create and execute effective media and celebrity strategies
  • Pitch projects to celebrities and their agents, securing their support to amplify the organization's work
  • Manage and prioritize requests for celebrity involvement and organise related activities
  • Handle reputation management of celebrity supporters, ensuring alignment with values and managing risks
  • Contribute to budget planning for celebrity activities, ensuring they meet financial targets for fundraising
  • Monitor and report on the financial impact of celebrity support
  • Build relationships with media and entertainment professionals
  • Stay updated on current events and trends involving relevant celebrities

Successful candidate profile:

  • At least 5 years’ worth of experience in talent relations and celebrity management
  • Extensive network within talent agencies, PR agencies, and media outlets
  • Experience working in a similar role in the Charity sector
  • Exceptional negotiation, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management and campaigns

Salary: £38,390.76 per annum (national) or £41,189.64 per annum (London)  + excellent benefits

Hours: 35 per week

Location: Remote, UK Wide (1 day per month travel to London HQ)
