Arthur has partnered with a global brokerage firm that is seeking a Central Operations Team Leader to join their Technical Processing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the team's workload and ensuring the quality of their output, while providing an efficient and effective Technical Processing service.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Monitoring incoming processing requests to appropriately prioritize urgent activities within the team.
Establishing a business partnership role with serviced business units, documenting, and managing all risks and issues accordingly.
Ensuring that Contract Load and Premium processing requests are accurately completed on Sequel Eclipse Broking within the agreed SLAs.
Leading and supporting your team through coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing each member.
Monitoring workloads and ensuring adequate technical resources are available to support the business.
Conducting regular team meetings to share relevant information and maintain awareness of HR policies and practices.
Producing accurate and complete client and market documentation.

We are interested in speaking with candidates who have previous management experience and a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.

You should be confident in managing internal stakeholders and building strong relationships with senior management.
