Our client a pioneering team in global finance, who area a leading provider of post-trade and asset servicing solutions worldwide, are looking for dedicated individuals to join our UK Fund Services team, a vital sector in the UK financial landscape. As part of this team, you'll be involved in:

  • Fund Accounting
  • Investment Analytics & Data Services
  • Corporate Trust Operations

As a member of the Private Capital Fund Administration team, you'll ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for private equity funds. Responsibilities include:

  • Distributing fund notices
  • Managing investor queries
  • Updating investor data
  • Improving processes

Key Skills

  • Experience in the preparation of distribution/capital call notices
  • Experience in the preparation and execution of client payments ie invoice, investment, distribution and bridge facility repayment packs
  • Responsible for maintaining client static data
  • Responsible for collating documentation and liaising with the KYC team for sign off
  • The completion of investment restriction checklists
  • Assist with arranging and collating required information for board packs
  • Preparation & review of POA's
  • Experience in liaising directly with the client

It would be advantageous if you had a understanding of Private Capital,Fund administration experience/Familiarity with fund structures
