Location – Devonport, Plymouth
My client is looking for a Change Implementation Manager to join their team on the major Devonport Dockyard refurbishment project. The successful candidate must pass Government SC Clearance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead, manage, coach, and support all staff within the Change Discipline.
- Act as the main interface between Change and the other Disciplines of Project Controls, as well as other key stakeholders.
- Define, issue, and ensure application of Project governance, strategy, standards, policies, procedures, metrics and KPIs for the Change Discipline.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of the Scope and Change management framework.
- Lead the co-ordination and facilitation of trend and change management responsibilities and activities, including identification, impact assessments, production of Change Requests (CRs), management and development reviews, escalation, close-out and assurance.
Role Requirements
- Ability to lead complex business problems and produce synthesised logical solutions.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding
- Proven influencing and negotiating skills.
- Experience of leading a successful team delivering finance, commercial, programme, risk on major complex projects.
